Anything could happen when you join us for “Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me!” live in Huber Heights, 7:30 p.m. Sept. 3 at the Rose Music Center.NPR’s Peabody Award-winning comedy news quiz show features standup from a rotating list of your favorite panelists, special guests and more. Contestants vie for the most coveted prize in all of public radio: a custom-recorded greeting by any of our cast members for their voicemail.Every week, Wait, Wait.... Don't Tell Me! records in front of a live audience, then carefully edits out all the raunchy, inappropriate, shocking, and hilarious stuff so the show can broadcast something that doesn't get NPR in trouble. The only way you can find out what our panelists and guests really think about the news is to come see for yourself.

Ommmmm … Method Yoga's Megan Lees will lead this outdoor yoga class in the peaceful park setting. We will provide glow bracelets for all participants to wear!
This yoga class is for all levels and will include a warm-up, breathwork, standing poses, flowing poses and end with relaxation. Please bring your yoga mat and water. Dress comfortably.
Registration is not required, but registered participants will receive reminder and/or cancellation emails.

City of Victory Deliverance Church in partnership with Miami Valley Meals, hosts a monthly 4th Saturday Community Meal Distribution in Trotwood, OH. This ongoing outreach provides free prepared meals to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity across the Miami Valley.

Can you help save Fairborn, Ohio from the zombie apocalypse?Join Run Ohio Races for a four-race, flag football-style zombie series at Fairborn Community Park. Choose a 5K or 10K, wear a flag football belt and protect your flags as you travel through designated infected zones. Zombies will remain inside the infected zones and attempt to steal your flags as you pass.Finish with all your flags to survive! Lose a flag and you have been infected—but you can still finish the race and earn your medal. Runners and walkers of all paces are welcome, and flag belts will be provided.Each race features a different mission:September 27: Deliver the Emergency MessageOctober 3: Recover the Missing IngredientOctober 17: Secure the Blood SupplyOctober 24: Transport the Cure The 5K includes three laps and six passes through the infected zone, while the 10K includes six laps and twelve infected-zone encounters.Register for one mission or complete the entire series. Join us at the accessible and exciting Activity Center Park for this afternoon of adapted events created to serve all abilities! This day will be full of archery, kickball, sidewalk chalk, adapted biking, crafts and so much more! Partners from all over the community will be there to bring this event to life!
This program is open to all. Whether you are a community member who has a disability or love someone who does, are interested in learning more about inclusivity, or just want to join the fun, you're invited to Adapted Action Day!
