Dayton Metro Library, WYSO,of Yellow Springs, and the International College of Broadcasting,have collaborated to bring the Tiny Stacks Music Series to Library patrons for its third year!
This initiative, sponsored by Friends of the Dayton Metro Library, aims to connect local musicians, books, and patrons in one spot.
Select DML Branches will host the Tiny Stacks Music Series, thus inviting the public to engage in the rich, diverse musical talents of the Dayton area and partake in the vast number of resources the Library offers.

Egg Tooth: Youth Art from YSHS will exhibit at the Yellow Springs Arts Council from April 19th - May 19th. This exhibition will consist of art from Yellow Springs High School students. Dozens of local youth will show off their promise, potential, and fresh perspectives. This show will include a variety of mediums from charcoal, to pencil, to oil, to mixed media and much more. In addition to a rainbow of media, projects range from showcasing technical skill to focusing on content. YSAC is so excited to have the opportunity to exhibit YSHS work. For many of these students, it will be their first gallery exhibition. Come support our local youth artists and show them a big Yellow Springs welcome to our art community! Join them in celebrating the opening of Egg Tooth: Youth Art from YSHS on Friday, April 26th from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Gallery hours are Sunday - Thursday 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Note: the opening reception is on the second Friday of this exhibition.

This year’s Native Plant Sale is going to be different from previous years.We are bring in stock from a grower rather than swapping or donating plants. These will be very healthy plants raised in the tri-state area. We will have native flowers, grasses, trees and shrubs.Site of the Native Plant Sale is Whitehall Farm.There will not be a Native Plant Sale and Swap on Earth Day.Below is just a small sampling of the plants we will have.
