‘Union County’ film casts a new light on addiction recovery and rural Ohio: On Today From The Ohio Newsroom, a new film based in rural Ohio blends documentary and fiction to capture the often unseen process of substance use recovery.

Meet WYSO’s newest staff member, Editor and Community Audio Producer, Lee Wade: Producer Lee Wade, has given WYSO listeners several seasons of his series Translucent, which shares authentic stories of resilience, family, community, and hope. The producer turned editor now has an expanded role at the station We spoke to him about his new role.
