Take part in a self-guided geocache-style passport adventure to explore 12 meaningful locations across Kettering, each connected to an America 250 Ohio monthly theme. Pick-up a passport at select locations to get started!

A fall family favorite! Explore a lineup of awesome trucks and community vehicles while collecting treats and giveaways along the way. Climb aboard, honk a fire truck horn, shift tractor gears, push buttons in law enforcement vehicles, and discover how these big machines work up close. Costumes for all are encouraged!
Kona Ice and Travelin' Toms Coffee Truck refreshments will be available for purchase, weather permitting.
Registration is not required, however registered participants will receive a cancellation email in the event of inclement weather. Please note: allergens will be present in some giveaways.
If you have a unique vehicle you are interested in bringing to Truck or Treat to park and hand out treats, please email Jake Hensel at JHensel@cwpd.org for information. Please note: all vehicle requests must be approved in advance.

Looking for a fun and unique autumn activity? Then come to our Pumpkin Blow! With help from our professional glassblowers, you can blow your own pumpkin from hot molten glass. Everyone 5 years and older can participate, making this a perfect activity you can enjoy with your family. Don't miss your chance to experience the wonder that is glass art this holiday season with your loved ones!
Did you know just 20 minutes of exploring novel scents has the same enrichment benefits as an hour-long walk for dogs? Let's get those noses going! Join us for a self-guided hike through the trails of Bill Yeck Park, complete with sniff-stops along the way. Your dog will explore brand-new scents, and you get a beautiful fall hike with your best friend. Afterwards, treat your pup to a fall-themed pup-cup!
Participants are welcome to come anytime during the program. The final time to start the hike is 5:30 p.m.
