Celebrate St. Patrick's Day making a leprechaun hat! With help from our professional glass artists, you can sculpt a leprechaun hat from hot molten glass. Everyone ages 5 and over can participate, making this a perfect activity to enjoy with the family. Since this event requires your participation, it gives you an enjoyable and memorable introduction to this unique and fascinating art form that you'll never forget!
It's scheduled in 30 minute increments per person. Reservations are required. They'll be ready for pickup in 7 days.
Dr. Steven Tuck, Professor of History and Classics in the Department of History at Miami University, will change the story of Pompeii from one of death and destruction to one of survival and hope. Through his research, he has traced those Romans who escaped the eruption of Vesuvius and discovered how and where they rebuilt lives, families, and businesses, while carrying with them reminders of their former lives.

Situated on three acres of scenic sculpture park grounds, the Richard and Carole Cocks Art Museum at Miami University features five galleries of changing exhibitions and a growing permanent collection of over 17,500 artworks. Completed in 1978, the museum is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums (AAM) as a regional leader contributing to educational and cultural enrichment through the preservation, presentation and public programming of diverse visual art of all forms. The museum is FREE & OPEN to ALL.
Galleries are open Tue-Friday 10 am - 5 pm and Saturdays 12-5 pm

Even though it requires an older age range of 12 years or older, it's still a fun, one of a kind experience that will give you even more appreciation for glass as an art form!
