Community Voices ProducerShelly Hulce is a Dayton native and Greene County resident. A WYSO Community Voices producer since 2012, she is an artist and local radio personality. She has managed the Radio Reading Service for the Blind at Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley for 10 years.
