Ellen Belcher, who's filling in for Emily McCord, interviews State Rep. Teresa Fedor, a Democrat from Toledo, about human trafficking in Ohio. Fedor was behind a new law that cracks down on forced prostitution and creates new penalties for ring leaders involved in what she calls a "slave trade." She says that too often law enforcement treats prostitutes as criminals, when, in fact, they are victims.
