Dayton's St. Anne's Hill neighborhood is hosting Holiday on the Hill this weekend.

Charlie Campbell's picks for what to do and see this week in the Miami Valley.

On Saturday at the Aullwood Nature Store and Gift Shop artisan and craft vendors are providing so many things: ceramics, candles, basketry, wood working, jewelry, photography, hand-made soaps and lotions, garden décor hand-carved birds, Santas and much more, 9am to 5pm.

If you want some very specific holiday music then go to the Tuba Christmas Concert. It's by the big Christmas tree in the Greene. Tuba, euphonium, and baritone players offer up all the favorite Christmas songs and everyone can sing along. 2pm.

On either Saturday or Sunday go to the Holiday on the Hill at St. Anne's. It's a free and festive outdoor tour in the revitalized inner-city historic district. This special weekend includes luminaries lining the sidewalks and neighbors greeting you from their porches to talk about the past, present, and future of life in St Anne’s Hill! On either day it’s 4 to 8pm.

Coinciding with the St. Anne’s tour is the Dayton Liederkranz-Turner annual Christkindlmarkt. Hand crafted ornaments, beer steins, German collectible items, antiques, unique jewelry, note cards, paper cut-outs, delicious traditional foods and beverages. It's on Saturday, 10am to 5pm; Sunday, noon to 3pm.

The Family Holiday Film Series is on Saturday morning at The Neon. Tickets are FREE for children 12 and under and only $2 for anyone else. They are available at 10:15am and the show is at 11. This Saturday it is CHRISTMAS STORY.

On Sunday the Kettering Children’s Choir is doing concerts of glorious holiday music at the Kettering Seventh Day Adventist Church. It's free but those attending are requested to bring donations of canned goods for Good Neighbor House. There are two concerts, one at 2pm and the other at 4pm.

Happy Holidays….
