Songwriter Harold Hensley (The Repeating Arms, Biscuits and Gravy) has been spending the coronavirus pandemic by and large in isolation with family, but as he prepares to begin work on his second full length album, Hensley is releasing a new single, "I Believe" (Magnaphone Records). Kaleidoscope host Juliet Fromholt spoke with Hensley about recording the single with friend and fellow musician David Payne at Dayton's Reel Love Recording Company, songwriting during the pandemic, and what it's like to perform virtually.
