Yellow Springs Home, Inc. invites fully-vaccinated community members to attend its Glen Cottages Community Celebration on Wednesday, August 25 from 4-7pm at the pocket neighborhood on State Route 68.

The $2.25 million 12-unit Glen Cottages project, Yellow Springs’ first pocket neighborhood, is nearly complete and will create lasting affordability with a mix of rental and for-sale homes in a community oriented and pedestrian friendly setting.

Join us as we celebrate with refreshments, tours, and a brief program to include a ribbon cutting and dedication, speakers, interactive activities, and more!

Please note: this event will be following all CDC, state, and local COVID-19 guidelines including masking and social distancing. Fully-vaccinated community members are welcome to attend and are asked to be prepared to wear masks and distance. Tours of units will be by RSVP only.
