Black Bones, Black Bodies: Musical Portraits
This concert will feature music that highlights the treatment of Black Bodies both historically and presently. Joining forces are the World House Choir, Jeremy Winston Chorale International, and Dayton Contemporary Dance Company. This concert will feature "The Seven Last Words of the Unarmed" by Joel Thompson; "Fortune's Bones: A Manumission Requiem," and "Southside Symphonic Dances" by Darin Atwater.
