Ohio leaders are launching a massive effort to lobby for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base to be the home of a proposed Space Academy; a local pioneer of Civil Rights and a longtime pastor in Dayton has died; and solar panels could become more affordable in Southwest Ohio through a new cooperative program.
