Tai Chi is a form of ancient exercise that has been practiced by millions of people for thousands of years in China. Tai Chi Easy™ is a simplified five form created by Roger Jahnke, an Oriental Medical Doctor, that anyone can learn and it offers a self-healing mind/body practice so simple anyone can benefit. Come to enjoy the calming, emotional and health benefits in a safe environment, and have fun with others who desire improved health and balance (supporting clinical research available upon request). Drop-ins welcome! $5 per class.
