The Carillon Park Rail Festival is a two-day family fun event featuring miniature train rides, live steam engines, model train displays, historical displays, train merchandise, rail vendors, food vendors, and much more. It is Saturday, 9:30 am to 5pm; and Sunday, 11am to 4pm.
The 2nd Street Market is open Thursday and Friday from 11am to 3pm, Saturday from 8am to 3pm, and now Sunday from 11am to 3pm. You enjoy live music and offerings from more than 40 vendors, which are small locally owned businesses.

The Teen Usher & Ambassador Program introduces high school teens, ages 14 to18, in the community to the positive aspects of volunteering by providing them with hands-on experiences in the performing arts. Applications for this are available on the Victoria Theater website until July 1.
