Bellbrook, Brookville, Centerville, Fairborn, Huber Heights, Mad River, Piqua, Springboro, Springfield, Tecumseh, Tipp City, Troy, and Yellow Springs schools are all on two-hour delays this morning. Dayton Public Schools are closed.
