Dayton History To Continue Local Legacy Of Wine Production
Dayton History and Carillon Brewing Company will soon launch the production of its own selection of wine. The announcement comes as Dayton History gears up for its annual wine and food celebration, Fluers de Fete on Sunday, May 15th.
The annual event, featuring a Belgian Beer Garden, live music, and a silent auction, is turning twenty-five this year, and whileFluers de Fete proceeds benefit Dayton History, they are donating portions of the profits to A Special Wish Foundation and a culinary arts scholarship at Sinclair Community College Culinary Arts.
