World A'Fair 2012

The World-A-Fair....Food!  Dancing!  Music!  Costumes!  Cultural Exhibits!  Showcasing the ethnic backgrounds and cultures of Dayton and the greater Miami Valley. Friday, Saturday & Sunday at the Convention Center.

Saturday, join the Walk/Run in support of the Humane Society of Greater Dayton to benefit all of their furry friends.  Your on-leash pet is welcome to participate too, in what is sure to be a barking good time.

Where can you see newborn lambs frolicking in the fields, dozens of chicks peeping and piglets huddled for warmth?  At Aullwood's Farm Babies Fest on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Aullwood Farm.

The Oakwood Historical Society is providing a lovely evening of wine, light food, and friends. Saturday, 4-6pm.

To celebrate National Bike Month, the 2nd Street Market is offering Bike Bucks! Ride your bike to the Market on any Saturday in May and enter a drawing to win a prize in Market Money.  Metroparks.org and search for Bike Bucks

Next to Normal is a Human Race show and is the groundbreaking, gritty, rock musical that pushes Broadway in new directions with its provocative, intense and exhilarating score. Next to Normal tells the story of a mother who struggles with bipolar disorder and the effect her illness has on her family. It wraps up Sunday.
