She finds that opinion differ on the potential economic impact by the latest move by the Tea Party to make Ohio a "Right To Work" state. She says while the outcome of Issue 3, the ballot issue that allow Ohioans to opt-out of the federal health care mandate, doesn't mean much now on the federal level, but could affect the state's preparation for the changes. Kasler also reports on the the deal between the state and its largest employee union.
