The U.S. Space Force is trying to attract young, diverse applicants to become Space Guardians.
In a recruitment video released earlier this month, Chief of Space Operations John Raymond spoke about the increasing role of space in modern technology.
“Our entire way of life depends on us to protect our satellites from attack, day and night,” said Raymond.
Last spring, the Space Force announced plans to open an intelligence center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in early 2022. It will employ about three hundred and fifty personnel.
