Kettering National A Cappella Festival Featuring RADIUS
Kettering National A Cappella Festival Featuring RADIUS
The Kettering National A Cappella Festival is the largest festival of its kind in the country! With over 50 scholastic a cappella ensembles registered, this year is shaping up to be one of the best yet! Featured headliners in the past include Pentatonix, Streetcorner Symphony, Voiceplay among many others. Kettering is thrilled to welcome our new headlining performers, Radius, to our festival. Radius is a 5-member, all male, pop a cappella group based out of Chicago and is sure to thrill festival participants and community audience members! On Friday and Saturday, Nov. 10 and 11, the Festival takes over Trent Arena for Arena Rockshow performances!
Tickets are open to the public at www.ketteringmusic.org under the "Tickets" tab, or can be purchased at the door (although pre-sale is preferred.) On Friday night, Kettering's middle school a cappella group, Amp'd Out, will open the show for 7 a cappella groups that are selected through a video competition. Then Radius takes the stage for a 30 min. set. Then, on Saturday, Fairmont's own Fusion and Eleventh Hour take the stage, followed by an hour-long set from Radius of all new material! It will be a rockin' night to remember!
