Tonight in downtown Dayton they are kicking off Art in the City. You can visit more than 25 pop-up galleries placed in downtown businesses as part of a juried art show. You meet the artists and vote for your favorite. Plus, enjoy live artist demonstrations, hands-on art activities, First Friday fun, and much more going on.

SICSA's Lift Your Leg 2016 is a chip-timed 10K and 5k, and fun 1-mile walk aimed at promoting the welfare and adoption of companion animals. It will be held at Centerville High School on Saturday; check-in at 7:30 AM.

Unity: The missing piece is you. The Dayton Gay Men's Chorus is providing moving standards of the past, to iconic pop songs of today, and this concert promises to take you on an artistically emotional ride you won't soon forget. Then they are joined on stage by the Louisville Gay Men's Chorus, placing nearly 70 male voices on stage at once! This is Saturday, 8:00pm, Victoria Theatre.

On Sunday from 3:00-5:00 pm you can see LUNAFEST which are films by, for, and about women. They tell diverse, thought-provoking stories through the lens of women filmmakers in places ranging from Dayton to the Philippines, Cuba and Iran. Proceeds benefit the Breast Cancer Fund and Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region. This is at The Neon.

The Stained Glass Concert Series will feature George Frideric Handel's beautiful "The Trumpet Shall Sound" from the Messiah and the poignant and moving "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot." These and more will be performed by the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra musicians and the Tabernacle Baptist Church Choir. This is Sunday, 4p.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church.
