The Big Fall Book sale runs tonight through Sunday at Hara Arena. This is part of the Dayton Metro Library. Admission and parking are free. In addition to showing the football game live on Saturday, special bargains tied to Ohio State's performance will be offered during the game.

It's Year 10 for The Dayton LGBT Film Festival and they will have special guests, throw a great party and bring back a campy classic with a crazy fun spin. Over 100 films were screened to create this weekend...so it truly is a few days of nothing but great material. It is now through Sunday.

You Need a Potager!....which is a kitchen garden that fits into most any landscape and is especially wonderful in fall. A nationally acclaimed author describes how to install one, as well as ways to use its produce in flower arrangements and delicious recipes. You will receive a signed copy of The Kitchen Gardener's Handbook and a take-home bag of seasonal goodies. Saturday, 10:00 am to noon. Registration required.

The National Christian Choir from Washington D.C. is giving a concert on Saturday, at 6:00 P.M. at  St. John's United Church of Christ, 515 East Third Street, in downtown Dayton. There will be approximately 145 members in concert and this will be their first ever tour to Ohio. This event is free, however donations will be accepted.

Comedian Lewis Black, the "King of Rant" takes the Victoria Theatre stage in this one-night-only stand up concert benefiting The Human Race Theatre. You'll laugh until you cry as one of the most popular comics of our time skewers the absurdities of life in his trademark finger-wagging finest.  This production contains adult language and is recommended for mature audiences only. Sunday, 7:00pm at The Victoria.

Gotta Go….
