The Dayton Performing Arts Alliance will host A Celebration from Carillon Historical Park Saturday on Zoom.

A Celebration from Carillon Historical Park showcases all three Dayton Performing Arts, Dayton Opera, Dayton Ballet, and the Dayton Philharmonic, as they perform from various locations throughout the 65-acre open-air history museum at the beautiful Carillon Park. This is Saturday at 8pm on Zoom and there is no cost.

The 17th Annual United Rehabilitation Services Rubber Duck Regatta will be next Friday, September 18, at the Dixie Twin Drive-In. You can adopt your ducks now and this whole week at daytonducks.com.

The Dayton Independent Film Festival celebrates regional filmmaking and stories from Midwestern filmmakers who offer their unique vision. Their 2020 event the last weekend in Septmeber showcases a wide variety of Midwestern voices from established professionals, emerging filmmakers, and students.

Tonight there's a debut of internationally recognized artist Nari Ward and his monumental installation We The People. The Contemporary Dayton has partnered with the League of Women Voters to transform a portion of the gallery into a voter registration center. This is open to the general public and will be on display September 11 to November 30.
