WYSO Today brings you news and weather for Dayton and Southwest Ohio. Eastern Shawnee citizens who now reside in Oklahoma visited their historic homelands in Ohio, including Xenia's Great Council State Park on the site of the Shawnee village Old Chillicothe; Tuesday's storms dropped three tornadoes in Southwest Ohio; and a report shows that Ohio has one of the most racially segregated schools in the country.

A chance meeting with a volunteer in a college computer lab in 1987 brought Mike Frazier to WYSO. He is a lifelong Daytonian and the host of Morning Edition.
