Niki….Friday the 13th…..be careful of everything!!!

The Zoot Theatre Company presents The Pearl, Friday and Saturday in the Mathile Theatre of the Schuster. The Pearl tells the story of Kino, a poor pearl diver who gets his hands on the “pearl of the world” and through his journey, discovers the greed and evil that comes with such a prize.

Meet the spring natives - native plants to be exact, at Aullwood Farm. It’s their annual Native Plant Sale on Saturday. You may choose from a wide selection of native perennial plants, trees and shrubs, and a variety of wildflowers that have been rescued from areas scheduled for development. Do a search for AullwoodFarm

About two dozen B-25 bombers will converge on Urbana beginning Saturday. This is the largest gathering of B-25s since World War II and this will lead into the 70th Doolittle Tokyo Raiders Reunion at the Air Force Museum. And on Saturday and Sunday go up to Urbana and you can get a close-up look at the B-25’s and can take a ride as it flies around the area. Champaignaviationmuseum.org

100 Years of Scouting is being celebrated at The Oakwood Historical Society and on Sunday, afternoon at Long-Romspert Homestead, on Far Hills Ave you can see lots of old scouting stuff.
