The Montgomery County Jail Coalition is turning FIVE and we throwing a party to celebrate their commitment to change and to assemble the community to envision their next phase! Join MCJC on Wednesday January 22, 2025, 6-7:30pm at Grace United Methodist Church for an evening of looking back and looking ahead. There will be pizza and cake. It is a party after all!

Together, attendees will review the Coalition's history and high points over the past five years, from the initial goal of stopping the County from building a Giant Jail to its work over the past two years to address conditions and care in the jail, which have led to harm and abuse. The group will also collaborate to write a new mission for the Jail Coalition.
