Avery*Sunshine—pianist, singer, songwriter, and producer—brings her personal blend of soul and R&B to The Ludlow Garage. A proud Spelman College graduate, she has traveled from the classroom to stages around the world, building a thriving creative hub in Atlanta with her husband and Grammy-nominated partner Dana Johnson.
Avery’s career includes four Top 20 Billboard hits, including her #1 single “Call My Name,” and she continues to champion fellow artists as a Board Governor for the Atlanta Chapter of the Recording Academy. Her entrepreneurial spirit fuels both BigShine Recordings, the independent label she co-founded, and her beauty brand LouMack Beauty Cosmetics Corp.
