Ahead of Daylight Saving time this weekend, a sleep doctor offers expert advice to get your best night’s sleep, or a quick “nappucino” if you don’t have the time.

Dr. Cheri Mah is a sleep doctor and performance specialist who works with professional athletes. She also lectures at the Stanford Sleep Medicine Center.
