Comic Book Studio Day returns to Rosewood Arts Center this weekend.

The Comic Book Studio Day is back! Rosewood Arts Centre is once again partnering with the Gem City Comic Con to present the annual Comic Book Studio Day. This series of 90-minute workshops, led by professional illustrators and writers, teach you the basics of comic book creation. Saturday, 9am to  3pm.

Mike Miller and Mike Feltner of the Ohio Night Stalkers have been trying to track down Bigfoot in Ohio. They are talking about this on Saturday, 2pm at Centerville Library. The program is appropriate for all ages.

WYSO Serious includes self-skewering comedy from your favorite WYSO voices, community comedy groups, and dancing with Radio Basim. This is Saturday, 7pm, Memorial Hall, Downtown Dayton.

Musician and Innovator John Sullivan Kelly was born in Dublin, Ireland, moved to the states and now is a Miami County neighbor. He is performing on his violin some of his favorite Irish and classical pieces and telling some stories! This is Saturday, 7:30 - 9pm, at the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center.

At the Glen Helen Association Pancake Breakfast, you enjoy pancakes and sausage, live bluegrass music, and close encounters with Ambassador Animals! It is Sunday, 10am - 1pm.

Jack Egan, Dayton Lawyer: A Short History of Dayton's Dark Side. This fun and informative presentation is by David C. Greer who will present a captivating tale of Jack Egan, prominent defense attorney for a bewildering assortment of bank robbers, bootleggers, hit men, con men, and gangsters. This is Sunday, 2pm, Wright Memorial Public Library, in Oakwood.
