Ohio Man Accused Of Threatening To Kill Boehner

Boehner Death Plot
guerillamedianetwork.com

An Ohio bartender with a history of psychiatric illness has been indicted on a charge of threatening to murder House Speaker John Boehner.

A grand jury indictment identifies the man as Cincinnati resident Michael R. Hoyt. It says the incident took place Oct. 29.

A separate criminal complaint says Hoyt was fired last fall from his job at an Ohio country club where Boehner is a member. It says Hoyt told a police officer he "did not have time" to put something into Boehner's drink.

The complaint also says Hoyt said he had a loaded .380 automatic pistol and he was going to shoot Boehner. Police took the weapon when Hoyt volunteered to be taken to a psychiatric hospital.

The lawyer listed as Hoyt's attorney didn't respond to requests for comment.
