Kevin Heider To Perform Benefit For St. Vincent De Paul

Songwriter Kevin Heider returned to the WYSO studios ahead of a full band show at the Steam Plant which benefits St. Vincent de Paul, a local organization that provides shelter, food, clothing and other resources to community members in need.  Heider performed live on Kaleidoscope and talked to host Juliet Fromholt about his latest album Ohio, songwriting and more. They were joined by St. Vincent de Paul's Michael Vanderburgh who talked about his organization's mission and how the community can get involved.

Kevin Heider and the Honest Stand will perform at the Steam Plant in downtown Dayton on Thursday, November 21. Proceeds from the show will benefit St. Vincent de Paul.

Juliet Fromholt is proud to be music director at 91.3FM WYSO. Juliet began volunteering at WYSO while working at WWSU, the student station at her alma mater, Wright State University. After joining WYSO's staff in 2009, Juliet developed WYSO’s digital and social media strategy until moving into the music director role in 2021.
