Local singer-songwriters David Payne (of The New Old-Fashioned) and Heather Redman have recorded and released a new EP made of covers of their Dayton musician peers. Called "Stay Home," and recorded at home while under the state stay-at-home order, the EP features covers of songs from Amber Hargett, Salvadore Ross, Charlie Jackson, and Age Nowhere. Kaleidoscope's Juliet Fromholt spoke with Payne and Redman over Skype about what inpsired them to reinterpret these local tunes.
