Katie can’t remember a time when she didn’t listen to public radio. However, it was during her time traveling across the country with her family in their renovated 1979 Airstream that she became a devoted listener. That’s when she discovered how important public radio is to a community because she was able to learn a lot about the area they were visiting just by listening to the local station. When she moved to Yellow Springs in 2017 she immediately tuned in to 91.3.
