Event Description

So you've decided you want to train for a 5-K! But you don't know what to do to get there! In this series Katie Slanker will coach you and and provide the plan options need to follow to get you there in 12 Weeks! This program is designed for beginning runners, walkers, and run/walkers but new to 5-K training. We will meet in person on 3 Saturdays but beyond that the information will be sent by email and website! $60 members, $70 non-members Must have a minimum of 15 participants. This class has three in person meetings: Saturday, June 22 Saturday, July 20 Saturday, August 17
