It’s the human voice that’s the sacred harp.  When a group of voices get together and turn up the volume, it can rattle the walls and make you feel like you’re on the inside of a musical instrument.

This morning Dayton City Commission voted on a plan that would repair and resurface the stretch of road from Miami Valley Hospital to Irving Street.  

Four out of the five city commissioners were present for the vote, approving the $4.4 million dollar plan unanimously.  Kery Gray, Executive Assistant to the Dayton City Commission, says a pre-construction meeting will be held tomorrow (Friday).
