Antioch University owns and operates WYSO as a Non-Commercial Educational station under license from the Federal Communications Commission. The University Board of Trustees believes it can best operate WYSO in a manner consistent with the mission of the University by establishing a board to oversee its operation and management. Therefore, in October 1993 the Board of Trustees established a board now named the WYSO Resource Board.

WYSO Public Radio Resource Board Meeting Schedule: The minutes of meetings are not posted until the draft minutes have been approved by the Resource Board. This happens at the next consecutive meeting of the Board. The Resource Board will now meet every month, on the 2nd Wednesday at 8:30 AM and meeting are open to the public.
