FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITY DURING THE PERIOD OF THIS REPORT:
During this period WYSO employed 7 persons full-time. WYSO had one full-time position vacancies: General Manager
Recruitment sources used were Current newspaper for public broadcasting, the PRADO listserve and the WYSO website.
Twenty-two responses were received from the Current ad.
Three people were interviewed for the position. The person hired came from the Current ad.
In the preceding year, we engaged in the following:
Established an internship program designed to assist the members of the community to acquire the skills needed for broadcast employment.
Established a mentoring program for station personnel.

FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITY DURING THE
PERIOD OF THIS REPORT:
During this period WYSO employed six persons full-time. WYSO had two full-time
position vacancies:
Morning Edition Host and All Things Considered Host
Recruitment sources used were Current
newspaper for public broadcasting and the WYSO website.
Fifteen responses were received from the Current ad. Two responses were received from the WYSO website.
Three people were interviewed for each position. The hire for
Morning Edition Host was a promotion from within. The hire for All Things
Considered Host came from the Current
ad.
In the preceding year, we engaged in the following:
Established an internship program designed to assist the members
of the community to acquire the skills needed for broadcast employment.
Established a mentoring program for station personnel.
Provided
training to management level personnel on methods of ensuring equal employment
opportunity and prevent discrimination.
