The Salem Avenue Peace Corridor and First Baptist Church Dayton
The Salem Avenue Peace Corridor and First Baptist Church Dayton are holding their annual peace walk Friday afternoon.

The Salem Avenue Peace Corridor and First Baptist Church Dayton are walking to the Salem Garden and making stops along the way to recognize & celebrate symbols of peace. You can walk, bike or drive along this path to peace! This is today, from 4 to 7pm.

At the Aullwood Apple Fest you sample apple pie baked in a Dutch oven, freshly pressed cider, apple dumplings, apple butter, and so many other delicious items. You visit with farm animal friends and there is a tractor pulled wagon ride. This is at the Aullwood Farm, Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 5pm.

The 2018 WWI Dawn Patrol Rendezvous allows you to see great flying action from the early years of aviation. It also includes many other attractions and interactive educational programs that provide a hands-on experience for the entire family. This is Saturday and Sunday at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.

The international law firm WilmerHale is teaming up with the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center, the Humane Society of Greater Dayton and SICSA Pet Adoption Center for the "Dogs of Fall Adoption Fest." Dozens of dogs are there for adoption at this family-friendly event! It is outside in the Miami Valley Research Park on Saturday, 11am to 3pm.

The Composers of Ohio Cooperative for Acoustic Music are doing original music for the Brass Quintet. Come listen to magical music by local musicians! This is at the Dayton Society of Artists, at 48 High Street, on Saturday, 2 to 3:30pm.

The Miami Valley Chautauqua, Miami Valley Council for Native Americans, and Peace Dayton are having a Feast for Peace at the Miamisburg Mound Park and at sunset they will light two luminaries for each of the over 100 steps there. This is Saturday, 6:30 to 8:30pm.
