And with hundreds of new housing units currently under construction, there's never been a better time to think about living in downtown Dayton! Find out why downtown is still the hottest, most in-demand real estate market in the region. The Downtown Housing Tour is Saturday from 1 to 5pm.

Comic Book Day is practically a national holiday for comic book fans and the downtown Dayton Metro Library joins the festivities. They are offering comics while supplies last, and hosting film screenings, escape rooms, gaming, and more. This is from noon until 5pm, Saturday and activities are geared toward adults, teens and older children.

Miami Valley Music Men's 3rd annual benefit for Paralyzed Veterans of America is providing patriotic and inspirational songs by them and also the popular regional rock revival band Phil Dirt and the Dozers. This is at Memorial Hall, Saturday, 2pm. and they hope you will make a donation.

It Doesn't Get Much Better Than Baseball Being Played By Kids!The Dayton Dragons have another season of Little Big Leagues Baseball Camps! These are half-day skill clinics for children ages 7 through 14 who love baseball. They have the opportunity for two (2) days of training with Dragons players and coaches at Fifth Third Field.
