What's Great in Dayton: June 8 -14, 2018

Some of Dayton's best food trucks are getting together as Smokin' Bee-Bee-Q hosts the third annual Taco Truck Takeover at the Yellow Cab tonight, from 5-10pm.

The 2018 AIDS Walk Greater Dayton takes place tonight at Fifth Third Field Plaza in downtown Dayton. The Walk kicks off at 6pm. This year's tri-city walk/run is slated to be the largest HIV/AIDS awareness event in Ohio.

Explore St. Anne's Hill's various examples of architectural styles such as Federal, Second Empire, Gothic, Eastlake and Queen Anne. All proceeds to maintain the parks and traffic circles.  This is Saturday, 10am to 4pm.

The Yellow Springs Street Fair popular festival fills the streets with over 200 vendors selling handcrafted arts, crafts and food. This is Saturday, 9am to 5pm; and the music & beer, is noon to 7pm.

To celebrate Dayton Contemporary Dance Company's 50th anniversary they are performing a summer concert! There are food trucks, beer, and several performances. This is Saturday, 5-9pm at Courthouse Square in downtown Dayton.

It's time for the annual Jewish Cultural Festival is at Temple Israel and there is something for everyone. Lots of fun, learning, dancing, singing, shopping, and eating! From folk to rock to klezmer to Israeli folk tunes, you get your toes tapping and your bodies moving. This is Sunday, 11am to 7pm.

The Dayton Jazz Festival is summer's smoothest sounds. Live music, fresh food, and the warmth of the summer sun! This is at Riverscape on Sunday, 1 to 9pm. and there is no cost.
