Ruby Jubilee: 80th Year Celebration. To celebrate this ravishing Ruby Anniversary, Dayton Ballet has planned a very special presentation of dance tonight, Saturday and Sunday.

Friends of Smith Garden's annual perennial sale is at the Oakwood Community Center, 105 Patterson Rd. in Oakwood. Hanging Baskets, Anemones, Daylilies, Hosta, Herbs and many, many other items. Friday, 2:30 to 8pm; Saturday, 9am to 3pm.

Tick, Tick...Boom! This autobiographical musical by Jonathan Larson, the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning composer of Rent, is the story of a composer and the sacrifices that he made to achieve his big break in theatre. You can see it tonight & Saturday at 8pm.

Aullwood's 14th annual Native Plant Sale features over 100 species of native wildflowers, trees, shrubs and grasses, many of which directly benefit birds! It is Saturday, from 9am to 3pm at the Charity A. Krueger Farm Discovery Center.

Dayton History is unveiling the Mound Cold War Discovery Center on Monday, April 23, at 10am. Dayton History has been diligently working on the Mound project, a cooperative effort between the Department of Energy, Office of Legacy Management, and the Mound Science and Energy Museum Association, since early 2016.

Warped Wing is giving something back to the local community and supporting local non-profit organizations that do so much to benefit Dayton. On every Tuesday in April, Warped Wing will donate to Crayons to Classrooms for every pint sold.
