Tour De France Winner May Not Be First Over Finish Line

On Saturday, the world's greatest cyclists finished the first stage of this year's Tour de France. Spanish cyclist Alberto Contador is favored to win the Tour this year, but he's caught up in a doping scandal. If he does win, he may have his title stripped.
