Tapping Into A Campus Resource For Maple Syrup

The Antioch College campus is rich with maple trees. This year, Antioch College decided to take advantage of their resource and tap the trees on campus for sap to make maple syrup. Wyatt Souers talked to the Antioch College Farm Manager Kat Christians, who started the project, the farmers who are helping us with the tapping, and finally the Antioch College Food Service Coordinator Isaac Delematre. Tune in to hear all about how the syrup was made and why this project was important to Antioch.
