Romney Launches His Bid; Says President Obama 'Has Failed America'

Saying that "Barack Obama has failed America," former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney just officially launched his bid for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination.

Romney, who also sought the GOP nomination in 2008, used a farm in Stratham, N.H., as the backdrop for the announcement.
