Jefferson Township and West Carrolton were also unsuccessful.

Clark County voters said no to Tecumseh, Northeastern and Greenon schools, but in the Clark-Shawnee School District, voters approved a 7.49-mill renewal levy.
Wed, 07 Nov 2012 12:08:50 +0000 Wayne Baker 24745 at http://wyso.org New School Levies Struggle, Renewals Prevail - Again http://wyso.org/post/new-school-levies-struggle-renewals-prevail-again
School levies have been notoriously tough to pass in the last several years as voters struggled with an economy that has been slow to recover. Typically, schools that ask for a renewal of an existing levy get it, while schools that want extra money are turned down. This election mostly followed the rule, though many districts were banking on the larger voter turnout of a presidential election.
