The Chamber received welcome news when a group of employers asked the organization to sponsor a job fair so they can find qualified people to hire.<br /><br />Amy Donahoe of the Chamber, says Clark County&#39;s unemployment rate was a little over eight percent in March, and that&#39;s compared to nine percent at the same time last year. The Chamber met with business owners in the Upper Valley Mall and Bechtle Avenue strip mall areas and decided to rename the entire shopping destination, the 41 Crossing.</p><p>Chamber president Mike McDorman says renaming the area 41 Crossing will allow the retail stores and restaurants to become a shopping destination that will rival the Greene in Beavercreek and Outlet Mall in Jeffersonville.</p> Thu, 10 May 2012 19:07:45 +0000 Wayne Baker 15882 at http://wyso.org
